Viet Tan‘s Tricks Boycotted Oversea

After the face of the next generation of terrorists Hoang Co Minh was revealed, a number of Viet Tan’s  peripheral organizations have been formed, such as VOICE, “Viet Labor”, “Vietnam Human Rights Network”…. However, these organisations have quickly been denounced  and warned publicly by Vietnamese overseas community. 

Witnessing the success of the model of “promoting civil society” to overthrow political regimes in some Eastern European and the Middle East countries, as well as the deterioration and the real face of “democracy struggle” form was dirty and ineffective, Viet  Tan and its peripheral organizations has begun shifting to the model of “promoting civil society”. However, even the domestics and oversea anti-government elements strongly condemn Viet Tan and its organizations because “they damaged the good things of civil society”, for example by the tricks of a similar-mafia organization, Viet Tan itself damaged the “strategy” of hostile Vietnam forces!

The original nature of the birth of civil society organizations is not to launch political struggle but to evaluate the quality of national administration of the government and to become the channel to connect people and the governments. However, because of the difficult distinction between social regime and political struggle, the anti-government extremist organizations have been abusing civil society as a military strategy to attract the crowd.

Due to the provisions of the United Nations, how deep the democratic funds want to interfere in the internal affairs of a country is, they can not pour money for hostile parties to call for overthrowing other governments. Therefore, Viet Tan can not get money directly from these funds. Meanwhile, the budget of Viet Tan is increasingly tight because it is boycotted by community and its peripheral organizations can not easily raise money from oversea community as before, especially in the context of economic downturn, Viet Tan’s only one way is to hide behide the shadow of civil society organizations, by establishing its “civil society” institutions, or manipulated other spontaneous opposition groups. Therefore, for over a year recently, a number of groups in the name of “civil society organizations” have been formed on the internet with the notorious personnel because one person can be in 3, 4 organizations!

Some organizations are established by Viet Tan acting in civil society such as “Vietnam Blogger Network”, “The Brothers of Democracy”, “Prisoners of Conscience  Fund “, “Mutual Support  Pregnacy Society”. These organizations are formed by Viet Tan with the aim of recruiting people for its organization, and raising funds from abroad. So-called human rights advocacy projects (human rights picnic, human rights coffee...)... are meticulously planned from personnel to expenditure for raising “fund”. Beside the name, these organizations do not promote civil society in Vietnam, in fact it makes wrong interpretations of civil society organizations to political opposition organizations.

Vietnamese Peoples easily realize “centipede-foot-shaped” of the “octopus” by the same method and manner of opposition. However, through the way of creation or manipulation of “civil society organizations” in order to create the effect of its “growth” and “strength” on social networking sites, the foreign democracy funds will be soon disappointed and maybe, next year the public will  witness other models of Viet Tan.
