What all those who love the country and love Vietnamese justice must absolutely not interested in allowing any person or organization profiteering on our hearts for the people of Vietnam or the names fight for human rights means to perform another secret underground targets. There are signs HRVN PAC is just one organization is a major character in the SBTN erected to cover up their secret cooperation with Vietnam Tan. And in doing so, can they seriously violated US laws, including electoral law, anti-terrorism laws, and laws against gang crime.

Lack of information activities
I do not find the PAC website HRVN although their reports with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), they spent nearly $ 4.500 for this site; of which over 2,000 USD spent on Chris Chang to design the website. According to FEC reports, from 2102 until now HRVN PAC has collected a total of 336 thousand USD.Trong report never saw the declaration of cash contributions that people tell me is quite large. Help for the human rights activists in Vietnam
In 4 years, the PAC has undertaken VNHR fundraisers and SBTN also regularly called on the audience to contribute to VNHR PAC to support for human rights activists in Vietnam. However, I can not find a report of the PAC VNHR amount was transferred to the struggle in the country.

In short, the information I received from people in the community about HRVN PAC shows that:
The contributions to the struggle for human rights in Vietnam has only 16% of the total amount paid out although the call for contributions, SBTN always given the impression that the purpose of the contribution is to help human rights defenders in Vietnam.
A significant amount of the Vietnam Post has sponsored the Vietnam Reform Party members, including a murder suspect. Many grantees are strange characters, no struggle for human rights achievements. This can have a serious violation of US law.
Money in support of candidates accounted for 19% of total expenditure. In which the amount contributed to the Democratic Party candidate for 4 times a GOP candidate. This is a sign used HRVN PAC contributions from the public to serve their own political objectives of the key people behind the SBTN which is HRVN PAC.
The largest amount in any amount, 22% of total spending, is to pay their SBTN people. If you count the cost of the singer Asia, the musical concert performed by SBTN, and transportation costs for those who eat at the Tan SBTN and Vietnam, the figure increased to 44%.
