Dear Mr. Shell,
I am writing to request that the office of the Board of Governors of Radio Program / Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) to investigate the following: Radio Free Asia (RFA) has launched many activities in Vietnam danger and do so clearly under the influence of the Vietnam Reform Party, a political party Gentile. This request is supported by many Americans pay taxes as evidenced by a petition of over 1000 signatures attached (see https://www.change.org/p/fbi-must-re-open -rfa-must-Investigate) and the attached letter from 11 Vietnamese language media sent to BBG.
RFA involvement harmful to a large number of human rights activists in Vietnam is a verifiable fact is, not an accusation. He can verify that on August 8, 2011, RFA has publicly denounced, on the regular radio program on Vietnam, Thai Van Dung, a member of the Vietnam Reform dissent, is a HR secret police spy who Vietnam to attend the conference sponsored by the Vietnam Reform in Manila, Philippines.
RFA action, completely unnecessary to follow the mission and their mission, led to the Thai Van Dung was arrested and then sentenced to prison. This political persecution of the international community have been condemned and are recorded in a series of articles RFA. Unfortunately, the RFA has directly contributed to this persecution by providing Vietnam authorities evidence to prosecute a large number of human rights activists.
With the direct evidence of the involvement of RFA harmful to many activists in Vietnam, a thorough investigation, objective and independent of potential violations of federal law or unacceptable behavior worth of programs as well as RFA's Vietnamese language ability is affected by a foreign political party to be done. Therefore, I respectfully suggest BBG consider this issue to ensure proper use RFA taxpayer money, in full compliance with journalistic ethics and mission entrusted by the National Assembly, and not involved in the micro human rights violations.
RFA is also very clear that acted under the influence of the Vietnam Reform: Articles August 8, 2011 RFA is an interview with a member of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Lilly, give her a forum to denounce Thai Van Dung, a member of the Vietnam Reform dissent. People do not see the value in terms of the news in an interview this internal issue of a foreign political party.
Let me share with you, in the privacy, the letter from the international human rights organizations (a not for public dissemination purposes) recommends FBI reopened the investigation into "Front" (National Front ethnic Unity Liberation of Vietnam) / Vietnam Reform in the murder of five journalists Vietnamese Americans - one of them is my father, Nguyen Dam Phong. "Front" is the military department of the Vietnam Reform Party, a political party Gentile. The problem is RFA has colluded with Vietnamese Tan.
In the appendix is the excerpt of my report submitted to the government agencies to support the reopening of the investigation on the "Front". These excerpts demonstrate the relationship between the Front and the Vietnam Reform.
I have to provide proof easy to cross check with the bureau chief of the RFA lawyer, Bernadette Burns, and noticed that she was incapable of conducting a fair investigation and professional. According to my understanding, the labor contracts of some employees RFA, who should be investigated, will end next month. I'm afraid that RFA is "seclusion" time to buy a few more weeks until the employee left the RFA by contract not renewed; this actually makes any subsequent investigation becomes impossible.

Last November, Frontline and ProPublica broadcast documentary investigation entitled "Terror in Little Saigon" Frontlines of ProPublica and PBS, and two decades ago, this content also has been reported in documents titled "Being gagged - the killing of journalists immigrants pending (silenced - the unsolved Murders of immigrant visa journalist) of the Committee to Protect journalists (CPJ). Therefore, Vietnam Tan is a foreign political party suspected of acts of terrorism directed at those who speak out against them, both in pagan and in America.
