terrorist organization “Viet tan” at a hotel in district 1, Ho Chi Minh City while
planning an terror attack in VN. Before specific evidences, Nguyen Van Be was
sincerely acknowledge violations of the law of Vietnam , and clearly declare his
accomplices ...
9/4/2009, Nguyen Van Be and his wife Nguyen Thi Hong Nga,
boarding from Australia to Ho Chi Minh City in the
form of home visits. They seemed to be the same with many other overseas
Vietnamese couples, date back to the motherland with packs of the suitcase,
handbag.
But closely, sometimes, people will see the thoughtfully
strokes on Nguyen Van Be’s face because this time, he was delivered to a
special task by Dang Quoc Sung, "central committee" of the “Viet tan”
in Australia. While residing in Australia, he worked as a printer and residence
in the No. 01, Noble Street
and recruited by Đặng Quốc Sủng, Lê Ánh, Denny Nguyễn, Nguyễn Tấn Anh, Bảo
Khánh, Nguyễn Tuyết Nhung,… members of a terrorist group “Viet tan”. He has
attended training sessions such as: secretly photograph, print, leaflets, using
weapons, explosives, anti-tracking way, contacting accomplices that according
to Dang Quoc Sung, “Viet tan has thousands member in VN that should be assured
of activity”.
However, the examples of the interlopers such as Nguyen Quoc Quan,
“the central commissioner of Viet tan”
with faked identity under the Cambodian named Seng Ly, Nguyen Tan Anh, Truong
Leon, Khunmi Somsak ... are all arrested with exhibits sufficient by Vietnam
Security Agency made Nguyen Van Be panic. That’s why after arrested by Vietnam police, he clearly answered about Dang
Quoc Sung, Le Anh, Nguyen Tuyet Nhung... who sent him to Vietnam to implement a
plan to supply a basement for their terrorist plots.
9/4/2009, Nguyen Van Be and his wife arrived HCM city and stay
in a hotel in District 1, then he contacted Nguyen Tuyet Nhung, give room
number, address, the name of the hotel. Nguyen Tuyet Nhung is 30 years old,
1.60 meters tall, slightly dark skin, lives in Australia and also a member of the
terrorist organization “Viet tan”. About Dang Quoc Sung, a "Viet tan central
committee member" in Australia ,
was born in 1953 in Binh Dinh, whose family fled in 1988, and joined the Viet
tan in 1991, living at No.4 road Nockolds Punchbowl, New South Walles.
As directed by Dang Quoc Sung and Le Anh, Nguyen Van Be bought
a camera and used for a task was given in Vietnam as tourists, to visit places,
take lots of pictures icluding: the Ha Tien border gate, Kien Giang; Moc Bai
border gate in Tay Ninh province, along the trails to the gate wings; the US
Consulate General in HCM City, and learn how the people through the border area
between Vietnam - Cambodia. After every completed target, Be must report Nguyen
Tuyet Nhung.
Also in this group, Le Anh – as known as Truong Ngoc Anh or
Peter Le, was born in 1962 in Binh Dinh Province, fled in 1980 and settled in
Australia, he is considered as a core member of the terrorist organization
“Viet tan”, Le Anh was often direct and provide money for some people in VN to
conduct activities such as leaflets, promoting demonstration, provoking the
extremists and religious discontent then took pictures, transferred abroad for
Viet tan as the evidences to propaganda, distortions, against the Vietnam
government. In additonal, providing money for those opportunities, discontent
in the country, to communicate, respond to Bao Khanh, radio correspondent
"new Horizon" as well as chances to exporting in the form of travel
for training.
Denny Nguyễn, Bao Khanh and Nguyen Tan Anh should be mention
as examples, while penetrating Việt Nam to photograph and learn the observe
rules in the Office of the south - the Ministry of Public security. 10/12/2008,
on the anniversary of International Human Rights, Nguyen Tan Anh, Bao Khanh,
Nguyen Denny, posing as visa riders, stormed inside Vietnam Consulate campus in
Sydney , Australia

in VN, Nguyen Tan Anh loudly cheered, screamed, cursed and challenges. However,

diplomacy. Yet on the radio "New Horizons", Bao Khanh reported fanfare,

Back to Nguyen Van Be, in 10/4/2009, he went to Kien Giang
with his wife and spent a half month here taking pictures of the Ha Tien border
gate. He backed to HCM city in 25/4 then rented a room at Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Thai Binh Street ,
District 1 while reporting Nguyen Tuyet Nhung that the mission to take picture
of Ha Tien border gate was completed.
The next days, Be and his wife as the tourists, visit many
spots such as: Ben Thanh market, Thao Cam Vien... that aim to take pictures of
the US Consulate General on Le Duan. According to the plan, after finishing
shooting the series of organ US Consulate General, they will go to Moc Bai
border gate in Tay Ninh province as shoppers in the duty-free area to
photograph and observe the rules travel law through this gate.
But, on 09/05/2009, Nguyen Van Be was arrested with the
exhibits include a camera, which contains many photos taken at the prohibited
areas. Nguyen Van Be initially crooked answering the reason of those photo took
in US Consulate General, that because of they are beautiful. But, to the photos
of Ha Tien border gate, he admit that: “I was directed by Dang Quoc Sung, "the
central commissioner" Viet tan in Australia
, for three thousand Australian dollars to come to Vietnam and capture those images”.
Again, the plan to set a line by the border line to put
people, weapons illegally into Vietnam
through Nguyen Van Be of a terrorist organization Viet tan has failed, as
previously they had fallen in the plan of Nguyen Quoc Quan.
Besides, we should also praised the patriotism of the people
living near the border areas. With the helps of the people against any
suspicious behavior, nothing could undermine peaceful life ...
